Somehow someone always thinks up our ideas before us, haha. I too like my username a lot; since it's completely about me and not about fandom, it guarantees that I won't get bored of it someday. I have the same username on most other sites as well. It has its downsides though. There have been many times where people messaged some other user named liekki, thinking it's me. Modifications on usernames as such can cause confusions like that, unfortunately.

I feel the same about languages! There is nothing more fun than learning a new language. I used to study German too, back when I was in high school. There have been Finnish, Swedish and Dutch since then. I haven't looked into any of them in years. I've completely forgotten what little things I've learned about them. I'm very much into Japanese now, I wonder how long that will last. Haha. I really like it though, I find very similar aspects to my mother language in it and it makes me like it even more. I don't think I'll ever get bored of it. Finnish isn't as hard as it looks, btw, if you'll stick to it, I'm sure you can learn it just fine. Make sure you practice it though; just reading from a grammar book isn't enough, make sure you hear it around you so you can get used to it.
